ABOUT JENNIFER S. PUCHER

After 15 years in the legal arena, Jennifer realized the need for an approachable law practice, catering to the needs of small, medium, and growing businesses.

Jennifer understands the heart and passion of businesses and sets herself apart with a hands-on and tailored approach. Wanting to make your business legal with ease, she passionately advises and guides entrepreneurs, employers, and individuals.

Prior to launching Pucher Law, Jennifer held positions in a large firm and in the U.S. Supreme Court. Her experiences allow her to assess legal issues from multiple angles to the benefit of her clients. Her passion for the law was ignited by a chance meeting of her mentor, Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor at a random aerobics class. The justice encouraged Jennifer to pursue law and she subsequently interned at the U.S. Supreme Court and attended Vanderbilt University Law School.

After law school, Jennifer was recruited by Paul Hastings, the top employment law firm in the country, where she defended and counseled clients of all sizes, Fortune 50 companies to small business owners. Jennifer went on to spend a decade on the City of Los Angeles’ legal team, leading high-stakes cases and advising on complex matters. Jennifer's valuable experience along with her courtroom battles have given her valuable insight on the system and how the “other side” operates.
